Customer Success Coordinator

So El Paso, located in El Paso, TX, is a corporate gifting company and souvenir store hiring for a full time Customer Success Coordinator.

Our small, women-owned business is focused on getting the details right and doing what we say - in all of our interactions. Our company’s retail store is backed up with the inventory to support shipping and delivering fun gifts from employee retention needs to VIP welcomes. We enjoy supporting our great city and you should too!

 No time for standing around here.  Your primary responsibility is to serve as the onsite team member assisting our clients and fulfilling orders. You will be the point person in taking orders – both over the telephone and in person - and ensuring that each fulfillment process is complete from beginning to end.  Your upbeat personality thrives on giving awesome customer service and you find satisfaction in meeting or exceeding all of your deadlines.

Love retail, but hate managing people?  Great!  You will also be responsible for keeping our retail store in tip-top shape for our visitors.  This includes inventory, merchandising, sales, cash drawer duties and opening/closing the store, so we are asking for at least 1 year experience in retail.

The ideal candidate will be assisting the CEO with client relations, serving walk-in store clients and coordinating large project orders. Professional English skills, both verbal and written are required for success in this role.  It is not necessary to be bi-lingual for this position. Our clients come to us though many different channels so you must possess strong professional communication experience working through the phone, in person and over email.  As in all business these days, you will be required to bring strong technology skills. The Customer Success Coordinator will have a minimum of 3 years professionally using a Macintosh computer, Microsoft Excel and Word and some experience with CRM and inventory systems is helpful.

Your workweek is guaranteed Monday through Saturday 10am-4pm. Yes, Saturdays are required.

 Duties (some but certainly not all)

  • Coordinate and fulfill Corporate Inbound sales in collaboration with leads from CEO.
  • Open and Close Store while ensuring a clean, organized and attractive environment.
  • Manage Retail Store including answering questions, stocking, tracking inventory and display needs as well as accepting payment and checking out in-store clients
  • Create and package, including shrink wrap gift baskets and gift boxes as orders come in.
  • Ensure store maintenance is fulfilled, including but not limited to, taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining stock room.
  • Clearly and timely present information, answer client inquiries and respond to product questions.
  • Overall strong English communication and writing skills.

Requirements

  • Client Service/Care - minimum 3 years- Inbound / in person / on phone
  • Retail Store experience - minimum 1 year - Inventory, Merchandising, Cash Drawer, Open/Close
  • Strong Computer Proficiency - including troubleshooting & Macintosh, Microsoft, Email
  • Strong English Communications Skills - verbal & written
  • Able to lift 30lbs
  • Able to be on your feet most of the day 

Preferred, But not required:

  • Experience using Shopify
  • Experience using ShipStation
  • QuickBooks Online 

We work Monday through Saturday.  Store Hours 10am – 4pm

Easy commute!  Located at Sunland Park and Doniphan on the West Side 

Job Type: Full Time 36-40 hours/week - Hourly Pay - Paid Weekly.  Position pays $13 - $17 an hour dependent upon experience.
