Green Chile Jelly

Just like the El Paso sunrise and sunset, this jelly starts quietly and ends hot.  We take green chiles, sweeten them up and then add a touch of serrano & a hint of habanero to make it So El Paso.  Simply serve it with cream cheese for a quick appetizer or use it as a glaze on chicken or pork.
